Surrounding yourself with the right people who love and support you. Remember self care isn’t selfish it’s an act of love towards yourself – you can’t serve from an empty vessel.

We will all get there in the end if we have self belief, I hope to give you some insight as to how I managed to navigate through two terrible divorces and came out feeling positive,
about me
Just a little background about myself…
I grew up on a council estate in Newcastle with the most wonderful parents and was lucky enough to have an amazing childhood.At 18 I trained to be a Biomedical Scientist, a job which I loved for a long time until I didn’t…I left when I turned 50yrs old determined to fulfil a dream of mine to own an art cafe and quirky home-ware shop which I did and it surpassed all my expectations!
I did learn very quickly that the interaction with my customers (some of which became friends) was what I loved the most about the job.I left my business to start up another as a weight management consultant which I loved as again talking to people and helping them to feel good about themselves made me feel amazing too. I learned a lot in that 6 years, I turned people’s lives around and realised this is what I want to do. I have always been fascinated in psychology and nutrition probably because of my medical background.
I decided to start my own blog to hopefully pass on what I have learnt and maybe help some women realise how incredible they are.I will be posting weekly bogs and videos and soon be hosting live group sessions
